The Coastal Classic rooms are just that – classic hotel rooms in a unique oceanfront setting. (1 King Bed / Mini Fridge / Microwave). (On some booking sites, these are referred to as standard rooms or single rooms with balcony)
Each Coastal Classic has one four poster king sized bed and a private bathroom. Each faces the ocean and has a semi private porch. One Coastal Classic is located on each floor.

Terms
Payment and Cancellation Policy
- A one-night non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.
- The final balance will be automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival. Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email which outlines a summary of your booking.
- Guests may cancel anytime up to 30 days prior to arrival; bookings cancelled under 30 days before arrival are not refundable.
- No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations or packages. There will be no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, or weather related delays or cancellations, including hurricanes or other natural disasters.
- Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Credit card payments can be made online with our secure payment account. Prices are in US dollars.
- Travel insurance is always recommended. Some credit card companies offer travel insurance.
- All cancellations must be sent via email to cayecasa@gmail.com.
Additional Terms
- Room changes – All of our one bedroom units offer the same guest amenities though they are uniquely furnished, decorated and on different levels. We reserve the right to make room changes for the Caribbean Dreams (one bedroom only), the Seaside Havens, and the Coastal Classics.
- For the comfort of all guests, smoking is allowed only outside.
