1. Enjoy the island – Fly on Tropic Air from the Belize International Airport to the San Pedro airstrip (round trip) AND spend a half day snorkeling with Captain Boxter at the Hol Chan Marine Park on the Belize Barrier Reef. Hire a private boat to snorkel the Hol Chan Marine Reserve. $180.00US/person

2. Breakfast Basics: ½ dozen eggs, butter, orange juice, a loaf of whole wheat bread and a fresh papaya. $25.00 US
   
   
3. Snacks: tortilla chips and salsa, cheddar cheese and crackers, choice of red or white wine (Chilean or chardonnay) and/or a case of Belikin beer.

Terms

• Prices are in US dollars. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Credit card payments can be made online with our secure payment account.
• A deposit equivalent to up to the first three nights of your visit plus tax is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due upon your arrival EXCEPT for Peak Season (Christmas and Easter) when the balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
• Refunds/Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled 60+ days prior to arrival. Credit towards a future stay valid for one year if cancelled 30-60 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. A 5% handling fee will be charged for all refunds. No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations or packages. There will be no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, or weather related delays or cancellations, including hurricanes. Travel insurance is recommended and can be purchased through Travel Guard International: www.travelguard.com.
• Room changes - All of our one bedroom villas offer the same guest amenities though they are uniquely furnished and decorated. We reserve the right to make room changes for our one bedroom villas. The same is true for the casitas - they are interchangeable.
• For the comfort of all guests, smoking is allowed only outside.
• Transportation from the San Pedro airport or any of the water taxi piers is included.
